French agency keeping company Havas this morning
publicised the launch of what it claims is the ad industry’s first committed “customer experience” network. The appropriately named “Havas CX, ” works 1, 200 people from
Havas’ global creative agency groups having customer experience specialists, and combines them while using holding company’s private consumer research, including its reputable
“Meaningful Brands” studies.
The move follows the recently available launch of consumer experience customizable agency BETC Fullsix in Rome, as well as the acquisitions of Langoor,
Think Design not to mention Gate One.
At a statement, Havas said the brand new network will “marry the tech, functional aspects of CX through its clients’ brand promise not to mention the
personal and cultural wording devised from Havas and BETC’s consumer insights. ”
It said the network actually services clients including Reckitt Benckiser, Tesco, Maersk,
Club Med, AbbVie, Airtel, Starbucks, Canal+.
The new network will often be led by COO Yann Doussot, who most recently was Global CEO of Havas digital design and style agency Ekino.
